The Village Grill, situated in the beautiful Lafayette Village in North Raleigh, offers gourmet prime burgers, main plate salads, a variety of fresh appetizers, small plates, homemade soups, fabulous entrees, craft beers, and a full line of top shelf spirits. We had a delightful lunch at Village grill! I had the Jackson Square salad and it was delish! The seafood salad was perfectly seasoned and just right amount of mayo. So good!

I love the revamped space. It’s a nice crisp, sleek & clean atmosphere. I also love Cajun/NOLA food so when I heard about the revamp I was excited to check them out. I wasn’t disappointed! I had a couple cocktails, the Classic BBQ Shrimp Orleans, & the Spicy Louisiana Chicken & Sausage. All were delish & the portions HUGE. I took leftovers home & had another 3 meals from the pasta & another meal from the app. My only notes on the food is if you’re truly a New Orleans twist the sausage in the pasta should be Andouille not a spicy Italian, which is the reason I rated the food a 4. Also, the garlic bread was cold. Prices I thought were reasonable. I wasn’t a fan of the old Village Grill I thought the food was meh. So, keep up the good quality & I’ll be a repeat customer! The service was superb.

Amazing! The Mardi Gras fries were the best fries I’ve ever had. My husband got the pub burger and it was cooked perfectly with savory caramelized onions and toasted fluffy bun. Our drinks were well worth the price (a lot of places are overpriced for cocktails) and our service was fast and friendly. 10/10. We went over two years ago and it was awful food but with the new renovations and menu updates (and probably new chef/kitchen) we decided to give it another try and they definitely changed for the better and then some.

Just went back post renovation. The menu is much better and the burger was amazing. Great service and much cleaner and better vibe.
